Here’s why your organization should sponsor the Community First Credit Union Hale & Hearty 7K

Riverside Arts Market Sponsor – $5,000

This premiere, one-of-a-kind sponsorship will feature your company’s name and/or logo on text message coupons (2000 text messages); printed materials, including the race website, flyers, brochures, and posters. Your company’s logo will be prominently displayed on the front of the race shirts. This sponsorship level will provide your company with countless publicity opportunities and recognition including welcoming the runners and starting the race. This package is a unique opportunity to position your company regionally while aligning with a wonderful cause.

Cummer Museum Sponsor – $2,500

Puts your company first in the minds of all of the runners. This package includes:

  • Water Station Sponsorship
  • Recognition on all printed materials
  • Recognition on T-shirts
  • Banner at Finish Line
  • Recognition in all packets handed out at race

 

River Walk 1-Mile Fun Run Sponsor – $1,000

Puts your company’s name out in the forefront. This package includes:

Memorial Park Sponsor – $1,000

Your name will be prominently featured on a mile-marker as well as:

5 Points Sponsor – $500

Highlights your company as the official Bike Valet sponsor. This package also includes:

Riverside Park Sponsors – $250

Puts your company’s name out in the forefront. This package includes:

Other Ways to Help:

After Race Breakfast:

We are looking for donations of breakfast foods including bagels, cream cheese, eggs, muffins, fruit and more. Please call the Health Planning Council for more information on how you can help.

Prizes for Drawing:

A drawing will be held for all runners. We are looking for prizes and/or gift certificates.

Volunteers:

If you or any member of your organization would like to support the race, please call the Health Planning Council to volunteer. We are looking for 60 volunteers.
